We offer flat rate shipping of $10.00 on 1st item and $2.95 on each additional items ordered. Once we receive your order it is usually shipped within 1 to 3 business day. All orders to Canada are shipped by Standard UPS unless customer specify otherwise. Packages shipped outside of the United State may incur additional fees and cost to include Customs/Brokerage and duty fees. We are not responsible for any package that we shipped once it is outside of the United States. Packages may be shipped separately. You will be notify by email confirmation once your order is shipped. Tracking number for your shipment can be obtain by following the link in your email confirmation. If your purchase is not as expected, please ship it back to us within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES). Items must be returned in its original packages. We do not accept returns of items that has been used, worn, soiled or laundered. We must receive your return within 15 days in order to issue a refund. Because of the Health Department rules and regulations, We are not permitted to accept open packages of bedding and clothing such as sheets, duvets, Pillows, Towels, Mattress pad/cover etc. for refund, exchanged, or credit.
Once merchandise has been received, we will inspected it and decide if its approved for returns. If approved we will credit the approved amount back to the credit card used to make the purchase. C.O.D is not accepted
